We have been renting to vacationers in the North Myrtle Beach area for over 40 years. We regard our units as second homes and consider them among the finest accommodations in the North Myrtle Beach area.

All five of our Properties and Rates are 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront units located in the Crescent Section of North Myrtle Beach (See Location and Attractions for more information). All are beautifully furnished and fully equipped with the comforts and amenities of home, including: phone, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi high speed internet access, top-quality mattresses, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, washer and dryer. Cleanliness is absolutely essential. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are provided with each unit for your use. Grilling, picnic and sunning areas are poolside.

Our concrete and steel, fireproof, soundproof buildings offer ample onsite parking and a secured lobby. We provide departure cleaning and linens. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We allow no pets, no smoking, and rent only to adults over 25 and families. We maintain the highest standards.
